Meeting with VP of VPRI, M. Schneider, at the beginning of the year, to talk about salary reduction for employee non-NSS. According with M. Schneider, this reduction comes from budget restrictions and it has been decided to decrease about 50% the incremental salary in 2016 for new PhD and post-doc. Unfortunately, unlike what M. Schneider has said during last meeting, the measure has been applied not only to newly hired employees, but also for already contracted PhD ans post-doc.
